Payment Arrangements for Dental Care
Our team is happy to answer questions about payment expectations, insurance estimates, and available payment options before treatment begins.
Patients are expected to pay for services rendered at time of treatment. For individuals with dental insurance, you will be provided with an estimate of your cost prior to receiving service and expected to pay your estimated patient fee at time of treatment. We accept the following methods of payment: cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
For extended payment options, we accept Care Credit. This is a great payment option that affords you the ability to pay over time. Ask us for information about the application process.
We welcome most traditional insurance plans. Please contact the office to verify our participation with your plan. If we do not participate in your specific plan, we are happy to file the claim as a courtesy to you. You will be expected to cover the full fee at time of service if Five Point is out of network for your plan.
